An Investigator reader sent the astrologer a letter and made a counter offer.

I am returning your Claim Card without the $10 you requested.
It would be unfair to you if I win $10,000 and you receive only $10.
So how about if you send me the winning numbers plus enough $$ to play
them and then when I win "at least $10,000" I'll give you half of the
winnings?

After winning your $5,000 you could invest it with Maharishi Mahesh

importantly, however, you could then promote yourself as a levitating
